I had Howell Concrete lifters lift a few sections of our driveway and sidewalk that had settled over time. The driveway had settled so much that it was approximately 4" lower than the garage floor and a major tripping hazard. I had another local company do an estimate prior to getting one from Howell and the price was nearly three times higher than Howell. They scheduled the job quickly and did an excellent job! They were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the site very well. I recently contacted them again after approximately three - four years because the driveway had settled slightly again where it met the garage floor and they came out and re-lifted the same area plus another part of the driveway never lifted before and all for no charge! I understand that there is normally a charge after a certain amount of time but they waved the fee. You don't find this kind of customer service these days! The folks at Howell Concrete Lifters exceeded my hopes and expectations.  I was faced with the serious possibility of having to jack hammer concrete stairs and driveway.  Settling had made my front stoop over three inches different at the top step from the height of our other stairs and going into our garage was a very bumpy rider.  It looked terrible.  After looking at reviews I gave them a call, received a visit, an honest discussion of what to expect and an estimate.  Within 10 days of accepting they were on site, on time, and very efficient.  My front stoop look and does its job so much better and my driveway is flat.  Great pricing with huge savings over concrete replacement.  I recommend them really enjoyed working with them.
