Nothing is permanent. However, when erosion is controlled and proper support exists beneath the slab, many lifted slabs remain stable for many years.

In most cases, your driveway is ready to use again shortly after the work is completed. This makes it a convenient option for homeowners who don’t want to deal with long wait times or major disruption.

We drill small, dime-sized access holes that are patched once the lifting is complete. The patches are minimal and blend in with the surrounding concrete, making them far less noticeable than tearing out and replacing the slab.
