The driveway had settled so much that it was approximately 4" lower than the garage floor and a major tripping hazard. They were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the site very well. I recently contacted them again after approximately three - four years because the driveway had settled slightly again where it met the garage floor and they came out and re-lifted the same area plus another part of the driveway never lifted before and all for no charge! Many times yes. One advantage of Traditional SlabJacking is that projects can often be completed with minimal interruption to operations. Every project varies depending on access, safety concerns, and the amount of work involved.

No two projects are exactly the same. Cost depends on the amount of settlement, access to the area, slab size, voids beneath the concrete, and scheduling. We evaluate each project individually before providing recommendations.
